1. General

1.1. Welcome to the website of the Total Capital group (hereinafter: “Total”), available at www.total-capital.co.il (hereinafter: the “Website”).

1.2. Use of the Website and the content made available through it is subject to these Terms of Use and Total’s Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time (together, the “Terms”).

1.3. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all or any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the Website.

2.1. The Website contains general and informational content regarding Total, its activities, investment funds managed by companies within the Total group, investment strategies, its team and other matters relating to its activities (the “Information”).

Any investment in a fund managed by a company within the Total group, if offered, shall be made solely pursuant to the applicable fund documents, following completion of all required procedures and checks and in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Information on the Website and the applicable fund documents, the fund documents shall prevail.

4.3. Total may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue the operation of all or any part of the Website at any time, at its discretion.
